Position responsible for providing support to the Trust Administration and Litigation Departments. Annual billable requirement of 1300 with bonuses for exceeding minimum requirement. The position will be based in our Sacramento office. Anticipated work hours 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch break.

We have two primary offices in Sacramento and Roseville, as well as satellite locations in San Francisco and Reno.
Requirements of Position:
The successful applicant will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting a trust administration practice as well as a minimum of three (3) years experience with a litigation practice. Years of experience may overlap at well. Must have valid notary license. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Experience with Lexis practice management programs (Time Matters and/or Practice Advantage) is a strong plus. Experience drafting documents with Wealth Docx is also a plus. Applicant must be able to handle a heavily computerized environment and be comfortable working with an automated multi-line phone system, office-wide calendaring software, and case and file management software.
